Q: How long will it take for orders to be prepared for delivery after purchase?
A: All orders made before 4:00 PM EST are processed the same day. Any order placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Saturday. (If you ordered on Sunday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)

A: If you have questions or need to make any changes after you have already made your purchase and received a confirmation number, then please feel free to log onto our site and speak with one of our highly professional virtual customer service reps 24/7. Please note to insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, therefore orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

A: We only ship with UPS and FEDEX at the moment.

A: Yes, you will receive a confirmation number after your purchase, following a tracking number within 24 hours of your purchase.

A: Yes, all orders over $99 are insured.
Q: Are returns available?
A: Currently we do not offer returns. We have a highly proficient quality control and inspection team that ensures all of our products are approved for sale.
Q: Are exchanges allowed, if so are there any restocking fees?
A: Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high-quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!
Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and reason for return! You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Notorious Hair Collections will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you DO NOT use UPS to send your return as they charge very high brokerage fees to clear the parcel which we will not be responsible for.
